How orders are produced, delivered and returned.

Processing

Standard products ship within 1-2 business days. Custom branded products are produced to order and typically ship within 5-7 business days.

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Unused standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Custom branded products are non-returnable unless faulty.

If a product arrives damaged or an NFC chip does not respond, contact us with a photo and we will replace it.
